Modifying driver's seat on 300C

Is there a way to modify a driver's seat to bolster side support? Are there any shops that can do this?

I am finding the seat's back is a bit wide for me. My body leans left of right before hitting side support on sharper turns. Bottom of the seat would probably require just bolstered support. 2005/06 BMW 5 series' seats seem to be quite a good fit for me.

With driver's seat I understand there is no weight sensor, so the only thing to worry about is power adjustment mechanism.
