Major differences between 2005 & 2006?

I'm new to this great web site and planning a purchase of 300c or SRT-8. Sorry for such a mundane question, but can someone clue me in as to the major upgrades/differences between a 2005 and a 2006 300C, please? I'm seeing some good deals on the 2005 but don't want to jump into one if there are some major upgrades on the 2006 model. Many thanks, Ron...

Hi Ron

Ron:
Glad for you to join us here. I see you are interested in either the 300c or the srt8. Many of us here, particularly in the southern california region have experience on the car buying decsions. When you call or visit dealers in your area, be in for a shock when requesting pricing on the srt8 in particular. Well, you have come to the right place and will find all of us here are very helpful. Again, wellcome to the forum.....

Thank you! Went to a dealer today and...

Thanks for the info and the welcome, guys. I went to a local dealer today and here's what I learned: they had 3 SRT8s recently and they all went out the door almost immediately for $60k plus, and they are unlikely to get any more. As to the 300c cars, they are selling for less than MSRP, which was good news to me as I was expecting MSRP or more. I'm looking at a fully-equipped 2006 (has everything but AWD and rear video screen) for an MSRP of $38k and change. Thanks again for all the good posts. Ron

the best thing about getting 2005 is they have the 7/70 warr. 2006 only has 3/36. this is a big factor for me. just my thought they are both fine cars.
