Car is approaching 60,000 miles, any maintenance needed?

My 06' 300c is approaching 60,000 miles.

The dealer is telling me I should have all sorts of stuff done, changing different fluids, having this and that flushed.

What should I really have done in way of preventative maintenance at this mileage??
Should I listen to the dealer or are they full of s h i t like I think they are?

Well, the dealer is kind of right to some extent - the 60,000 mark calls for quite a few maintenance jobs. I just rolled 60,000 last week and am currently deciding which of the many recommended maintenance procedures I will do. I'm interested in the responses to this as well.

I've attached the maintenance schedule from the service manual that shows what is called for at 60,000.

That's when these old bags wear out, time to start looking for a new one

Fluids should be changed as well as the spark plugs... again. Do yourself a favor and do the plugs on your own, they charge up the ass for that alone.

im not sure if the maintenance is the same or different between the v6 and v8 but im around the 65k mile mark on my touring and all i had done was the usual oil change but i did get the spark plugs changed and had the throttle body cleaned and got new rotors, pads, and brakes but thats all so far..i need to get tie rods and tires out of the way next though...hopefully some time within the next 4 or 5 months or so...

That maintenance schedule I linked covers all engines...

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES
For 2.7L engines with Federal Certified Emission Control Systems, and all 6.1L engines, follow Maintenance
Schedule
“A” from 0 to 102,000 miles, or Schedule “B” from 0 to 105,000 miles.

For 2.7L engines with California Certified Emission Control Systems, and all 3.5L and 5.7L engines follow

Maintenance Schedule
“A” or “B” from 0–120,000 miles.
