speedometer swap has anyone done it

i have a 3.5 chrysler 300 soon to be a 5.7 doing engine swap anyways has anyone done a speedometer swap like from a 5.7 to 6.1 or 3.5 to 5.7>? or can i buy aftermarket speedometer?

It's doable. Need to recalibrate for SRT IIRC.

do you need to replace the actual gauges with the motor swap? Or can the original cluster be reprogramed for the 5.7?

Ya i heard sothing like this ,envolves a dealer starscan and flash with vin #and milage,use the new gage cluster,i think it was mister i that had said it. will look for his thread on it


Edit yes it can be done .
