Nice avatar! Could you stretch it down a little though. Looks little flat.

Thumbs up Yes

Thanks TZ, definetly count me in as a member! Money is in the mail
Nice avatar, will it be states individually listed underneath decal or possibly regions i.e. Midwest or will the option to have your city or state be available? Just wondering. Again keep up the good work, it is truly appreciated!

Ok I guess it's started.

I like the New avatar as you can see.
Also were going to be looking at other items that you'll be able to have the Club 300 logo on. Wifey wants Bowling shirts and larger sizes plus maybe travel mugs.
If you have Question and would like to know what happenin drop me a line here in PM's or e-mail me at:

CLUB 300 - updated...
Ladies and Gents , it has come to my attention that people may perceive the club dues as a way to make money for the club, a few of us michigan/chicago members have decided that making the dues 10$ a year would be suffice. No shirt included. the 10$ will cover the decals and printing/mailing of the newsletters, those of you that have paid already have the option of either getting the balance back or getting the shirt and decals with your newsletter. We very much dont want to be mistaken for trying to make a business out of the club, the sole purpose for this was to make a HUGE Nationally recognized Auto Club that we all could be apart of , and everyone could help each other , for example say me and 2 guys from midwest and 1 gal from wisconsin are all taking a road trip this summer and we say to ourselves hey , we got some members here in missouri , lets call them up for a meeting, we can do that. In the meantime you all will be able to carry on your own meetings and events , and just keep in touch so we can fill everyone else in the newsletter thats not on the forums...Please give me some feedback on this subject , because i just want to get off on the right foot for everyone to have a great summer.

Sincerly,
Tommy boy

Thom,

That's a very good option. For those that don't want to sport a T-shirt, but might want a coffee mug or something else instead, they can still head over to CafePress http://www.cafepress.com/club300 and pick something up there.

I should add that my intent for any local meets would be open to anyone who is a fan of the 300 - whether they are a card carrying member or not. The more the merrier.

Great start, Thom. This magnificant automobile deserves an international club, in addition to this excellent forum.

I would love a metallic club badge to place on my E&G Mesh grille.

Keep up the good work - you are a man of action.

(p.s. my cheque is in the mail! )

Suggestions...

1. Set up a paypal account to make this easier on those that just want to get things going on their membership.

2. Let's see if we can get some backing from DC!!! Perhaps sponsor/co-sponsor our first event. Perhaps they could get the dealers involved in promoting it to their existing customers through a mailer, paid for by DC??? The more enthusiasm and public insterest, the more the public sees the car as a must have. Dealers signing up every new car buyer automatically into Club300 out of their own pocket with every new sale. I can see it, "Now your in the Club". The Chrysler 300 ='s the new millenium Mustang fever of the 60's. Everybody wins... hey, I can dream, can't I?!

Seriously, there has got to be a better way to gain momentum on the club. I know it has only been a couple of days, but 19 members, come on 300cforums members??? If you can afford a 300, you can afford $10.00 . Let's get this party started!!!
