Please put Power Ported Performance down as a Supporting Vendor attendee. I will be bringing some discount coupons for various items for every vehicle owner attendee, amounts based on various categories, so get those upgrades installed and polish that ride!

It will definately be worth it, and you will not want to miss this event! You can quote that.

Highest Regards,

Jeremy Steinman

Good to hear that. This event is getting bigger and bigger every year. First year i was not there but i think it may have been 10 cars. Last year we had 32. Hopefully everyone that commits we should have at leat 50 cars. Good to see the Midwest crew getting some love.

Maybe you should try to contact the park and find out if we can get that section you have circled closed off for our event? Looks like it will be pretty big.

Just a thought.

I know scarbs got us "aproved" to be there, he was telling me it was pretty lame back and forth fax thing. but you are right we should look into making sure we have enough room.

Last Year I tried to talk them into it but they go by this.
Picnicking
Developed picnic areas are available to the day visitor, with tables, drinking water and restroom facilities. Eight shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alcohol is prohibited January 1 through May 31 in the picnic area. Alcohol is always prohibited on the trails.

It was all over the faxes too.

It's not a big deal Its a State park, Very Big one too.
Maybe next Year if this keeps growing we will have to look into a convention setting.

Jeremy

This is Great News!

I had been working to secure Vendors and have gotten 1 main one and some items from another. With you jumping in that makes 3 so far.
Thank you for showing the Midwest Lxes some support.

Eric

Surprise
This year’s Starved Rock meet will be sponsored! We have secured sponsorships from multiple vendors.
The main sponsor will be Billet Technologies. Billet has made a monetary donation that is paying for all the food and picnic accessories. That means you don’t have to do anything, just come and enjoy the event! Thank you to Billet for being the first and largest sponsor!
The secondary sponsors are Advanced Automotive Concepts and Power Ported Performance.
AAC has offered some of their Halo kits to be raffled off.
Power Ported will be coming to the event and bringing discount coupons.

And there are other vendors considering sponsorship as well.

This is shaping up to be the biggest Midwest event of the year.

Thank you to all the vendors that have signed on and to those considering it.
