To unleash the beast within the Hemi, Billy Boat Performance Exhaust hand built this performance exhaust system entirely out of T-304 stainless steel tubing, and TIG welded for unmatched beauty and craftsmanship. While other's claim to build performance exhaust for the Hemi, B&B builds the systems out of 2.5"or 3" (pending on motor)tubing for increased flow and performance. The system also uses B&B's proprietary Purge Resonance Technology to eliminate in-cabin, low frequency resonation. The result is a truly spectacular muscle car bark at idle and under acceleration, while providing a smooth, understated tone at cruise.

B&B worked hard to produce a system that not only sounds great but also performs great. Every B&B system undergoes complete testing on their in-house DynoJet chassis dynamometer. The system is finished off with a pair of B&B's 4" double walled stainless steel tips and it is completely polished.
