SRT8 Exhaust Cutouts

I am ready to buy these which one is the best brand? badlanzhpe? Also are the SRT8s true dual exhaust ... I want to know if i should get dual cut outs or single cut out .... Also where is the best place to install it? so i get the best sound with the lowest risk of messin up my car ....

Another thing ..... as we know our cars are pretty low .... Mine is stock but I still think the car is low as it is when I get into driveways sometimes my bottom grinds .... If I install these would the cut outs be lower? or match exactly with the heights of the exhaust ... thank you

The SRT does have true dual exhaust. As for cutouts, you want to go with the rectangle type as there is no clearance issues. All others have clearance issues.

Here's what they will sound like...

Moose, is that your car or someone elses? the other guys with cutouts, like Tork and Hemi4Me have the round ones with a little extension off their pipes after the cat. this looks like it is a rectangular-ish hole in the pipe itself. are those badlanz too?

Hey Casey,

It is my car. I don't know what make they are, lol. I purchased them from AZ Power and Sound when someone else decided to go another route. They were new on the market. If you call Mike at AZPS he can tell you the make.

They all work the same, but again, if you are worried about clearance the rectangular ones do not give up any clearance on the LX's. They are fun as hell.

Here is my 5.7L video.....absolutely sick. I can imagine yours would sound very similar.

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

Mine are from Badlanz but you might have to get the low-profile oval shaped ones for your srt8 because mine scrape the ground sometimes now or when driving over speed bumps and my car is stock height and NOT lowered.

Those rectangle ones are DMH brand, I have themand they are excellent. Dave is a good guy to work with. they have the round ones also but would not recommend them over these which are the same price $360. I;ll try to find his link but last time he did not have the recs. on the site yet so you have to call.
