I bought a set of 36 LED arrays and had to take the reflectors out. I love them..

Jesus... I thought my 44mm festoons were almost too bright... that's insane man.

I also have 12 LED arrays in the rear map lights. It's pretty bright in there now. I always hated how dim the stock lights were, it always seemed so dark in there, but not any more.

The LEDs fade out because they use a PWM to do this with the regular bulbs as well. PWMs just flash the light really fast so that it looks like it's on steady when it's not.

I did mine a month ago and wondered about that, so I left one in and one out for comparison and it is brighter with out it.

Now I need to stop being lazy and either take the other one out or put it back in, LOL.
