Replacement Steering Wheel

Has anyone done this mod? Is it the same as a stock steering wheel with the controls? I hate the tortise shell accent on it and I know the Leather steering wheel wrap is a popular fix, but this would match the dash kit I'm planning on installing.

I'm not a real fan of the tortoise shell accents either, but I was actually wondering if anyone knew where I could get a SRT steering wheel and door pulls. TIA.
