If you held that lovely piece of extremely thin wood, adhesive backing and plastic cover coat by an end, it would droop like a soft piece of taffy. I don't see any consumer safety recalls forthcoming.

I don't see any seams on my 300c as to hint where the airbag deploys.

Has any one come across any pictures of the airbags deployed?

That's the whole point -- no seams since the "99 LH series.
Also, the side air curtains drop down from the headliner bead along the top of each door.

I told them a lot of folks were in search of a good real wood match door package...they stated it is in the works and will be added on the site overnight. the response also stated they received around 30 emails requesting the real door wood.

Why is it that there are several posts in this thread that say these companies have a factory match tortise shell and NONE of them have it? I just called them and they all said they dont have a match for tortise shell. Can someone help me out here?
