Steering wheel control trim pieces and upper wood area problems: Need Help

I see that the two steering wheel control pieces have small cracks in two of the corners and I will want to replace them soon.

Are they pop out and snap back in pieces?

Also, the wood-like plastic covering has worn off of the top wood area and it looks a little rough, anyway top solve the peeling plastic covering?

no kit, it is the factory stock trim pieces around the steering wheels buttons and the top wood grain trim on the top of the steering wheel.

Looks like none of it is covered.

wish they had a sticker or something to recover the wood portion of the steering wheels.

Peel and stick.

Can you post some pics to show how the tortoise shell has worn? How would it not be covered by warranty? Perhaps time to try a different dealer?
