few more pics added...

yeah looks pretty bad right now...
it takes a lot of time and patience...
putting 10.4" is definately a challenge for a noob...
but if i were to mold the bezel for 7" 8" 9" inch screens it will be a joke...
let's just hope this will turn out okay...

Looks good Eugene, I think it's gonna be a top notch install. You're setting the bar pretty high for me!

looks good man... im not ragging on your job but why didnt you use fiberglass and bodyfiller? you can fiberglass the screen bezel to the center consol and the screen will sit flush in its original bezel... and could have fiberglassed the heater controls too.. then body fiiller, some sanding and spray it with paint.

i dont know how to use... fiberglass.... hehehe~
the method im using something i learned from other site...
hopefully i will learn how to fiberglass...
if i knew how to use fiberglassing method and if it's a whole lot easier...
ill go with that one...
but right now i only know how to do this...

oh~ how much will i end up spending if i take the fiberglassing route?

eugene's method...
$25 dynatron 660
$40 3M ez sand
$10 varieties of sandpapers
$4 primer
$5 paint
$4 topcoat
$20? rubbin & polishing compound...
total: so around $100...

this good or bad?
fiberglassing a lot cheaper?

Doing good so far. Great job for DIY...

But all depends on how rigid the final product is, and if there are any fitment issues.

Hahaha, shut up you, lol. Actually I got a guy pricing out some rims for me, if he can hit my price point I'm gonna get them, if not, I'm starting the carputer. So for E-Town I'll either have rims or a carputer... either way it'll be sweet

Any updates?

Well if this deal with the rims doesn't pan out I'm gonna be hitting the carputer hard and fast in the next month... so we'll see.
