there r many ways mold the bezel...

i've looked at turbocad6's epoxy modling style...

how to: make a factory bezel - MP3Car.com Forums

i've looked at gork's foam-spray insolator
with fiberglass reinfoced bond molding...

HOWTO: Building a removable LCD screen bezel and mount - MP3Car.com Forums

i've looked at gohyrid's foam cutting/shaping style...
Working with Foam - MP3Car.com Forums

they are all amazing methods & u can get very creative...
but i think i will have to go with 1st one...
dynatron 660/3M epoxy/sandpapers
still have to look for primer/abs paint/top coat
im not too sure about this one...

2nd one is not that bad but... yeah~

i will definately try other method laterrrrrrrrrr on...
maybe ill make them and sell it on this forum...
when i feel bit more confident.. hehe~

I'm going with turbocad's method... I've had the instructions printed out for quite some time now.

I was going to use my verizon phone for net access... but I decided to go with a wireless router with a broadband card for many reasons. Mostly because of better bandwitdth as I'm going to use a slingbox to watch tv and also so that any passengers in the car can fire up a laptop or pda and do whatever they want instead of what I have up on the screen. I make a good deal of road trips back and forth to Indiana and it would be nice if the GF could also use her laptop to do her own thing.

Wireless router with broadband card??? Wait.... Please explain this a little more. I have a verizon card for my lap top, and that is how I access the internet from my car. But how do you incorperate a wireless router? I thought you had to have a phone line/cable line for the router. This would bring new heights to my abilities with an onboard router.

Eugene, thanks for those pictures. Those are some great installs. If I didn't already have the navigation, that is the route I would go.

Kinda pricey at over $200... but now you can pull up to your house and transfer files to your car easier as well. Or if you're on a convy other people can make use of it it... way better than using just a broadband card or a phone for a connection. I would suggest hardwiring your main carpc though... just for better reliability and transfer speeds.
