I sent Rob @ Ultimate a PM yesterday to ask him how/when to place orders on the website relative to the group buy and this is what he said:


Hi Kevin,

We did receive your order and will apply the discount as promised.

We have only received two orders for the 300C Group Buy.

We are happy to end the group buy whenever you want.

Please note that our usual manufacturing cycle is orders received on or before Monday ship on Friday of the same week.

Orders received after Monday ship the following Friday.

If we received all 10 orders before Monday 5/2/05 we would ship them on Friday 5/6/05.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

What do you think? At some point we have to put an end date on the thread and the buy so that Rob can start fabricating and shipping...any ideas? Plus...I'm sure you are like me, I want my pedals asap. Can/should you or I put a message on the thread for people to start placing orders and set an end date for the group buy, and then let Rob know. I"m open to suggestions, but I feel like people aren't motivated to make a move. Hope the weather's good in my home state. Have a great weekend !
