Been doing a little painting

First...I painted the shifter bezel to match car...the paint came from auto truck toys for like 12.95 a can.I got the clear,paint and primer from them.
The colormatch is pretty darn good...this is my first time painting but I think it turned out ok...now for pics

And after installed

Yesterday...I tore the steering wheel apart and did the inserts


Now Im working on getting rid of the wood on the steering wheel and door pulls.

Looks good!I got some paint from them too and like you said its pretty close to color matching the car.

You're working on getting the wood out of the steering wheel and door pulls? Looks like you have tortoise shell... not wood!

Great job on the first time painting though... that shifter bezel looks sweet.

did 3 coats of paint and 4 coats of clear.Wet sanding between every coat....wheel turned out great...
