Front seats leather removal

More than likey going to purchase a set of rear headrest DVD screens in the next few days and I was wondering if anyone has fitted them themselves? or seen how it's been done? and if so how did you/they remove the leather trim off the back of the seat to hide the wiring that goes through the headrest poles?

You can snake it down there with out removing leather. Ive seen it done in the past with a wire hanger.
