Cup holder swap

Hey yall, I got a question...I keep seeing pictures of 300's with front cup holders covered by a panel or w/e. My base 300 just has regular cup holders...question is...is it possible to swap my regular cup holders for the covered ones?

No need to swap. Just put a panel over yours. Probably more trouble than what it's worth unless you're just a handy type of guy.

yes its very easy

buy the C cupholders.. there is actually one for sale in the F/S forum

unbolt the center console (like 3 screws on either end).. unscrew the old cupholders (4 screws total)... screw the new cupholder on.. screw the center console back.. 15 minutes later you have a very nice looking center console

no idea why the base model left them exposed, its fugly as hell, and i cant think of anyway you can add a lid on it or whatever the previous poster mentioned

w0rd, the regular cup holders actually stick out from the face that covered holders would be so just adding a lid wouldnt really help. but i do want the covered holders...regulars ARE fugly
