What is involved in removing the part of the dash that is by the drivers knees, under the steering wheel?

1) Pull (literally) the bezel around the keyhole
2) Pull (literally) the trim panel beneath the instrument cluster
3) Remove screws (I believe 7 mm) at the bottom edge of the panel
beneath the steering column. Then (literally) pull it off across its top

I didnt mean the one that has the ignition but the one below that one (in my car its the lt greystone). It wraps around the dash into the area covered by the door when the door is closed, has the trunk release in it along with the parking brake release i believe.

I think some of might come off pulling but what about the part that gets covered by the door when closed?

Remove the middle molding on the dash side by the door to reveal a 7mm screw. Remove the screw, remove the other screw by the hood release. Then its just clipped on. Don't forget to remove the electrical connector from the trunk button. Not sure how it works with the e-brake release since mine doesn't have the handle.
