Steering Wheel Upgrade

I've seen a few posts regarding the replacement of a stock "vanilla" steering wheel with one that has radio/nav controls. Has there been any developments or adapters to allow this to happen? I just replaced my stock radio with the Mopar Nav unit and have a steering wheel with controls (not installed yet). What do I have to do in order for the controls to work with the Nav unit and radio? Thanks!!
