What wood color do I want?

I feel kinda dumb havin' to ask this but just not sure what color is right.

I have an '06 Cool Vanilla with Dark Slate Gray over Light Graystone. I think they call the trim on my steering wheel "Tortoise Shell". I want to add wood trim to the interior but don't know what color to choose from all the jillions of colors to choose from.

Anyone have a answer as to which to choose?

Thanx a bunch,
Gary
