I have the sherwood regular dash kit but really like this kit and would like to change does anyone know where I could find this at on the net it would really be appreciated

Here is a link to the Chrysler 300 05-up, W/o Navigation, Basic Kit, 38 Pcs (at least as much as I can tell from the pix you posted). There are other styles as well that can accommodate Navigation, door pieces, etc. You should scroll through the different model patterns to get an idea of which one matches your taste.

I've purchased from this vendor. I have no regrets. My kit was everything that I expected (and maybe a bit more). Please note that ordering these kits is not an overnight process. Be prepared to wait for 2 weeks (min.) if you are not paying for an express order. Even then, you will not get it overnight as it seems that these are made to order - particularly in uncommon colors (like the one you've picked).
