Painting The Dashboard

Can Someone Tell Me Best Way To Paint The Dashboar. I Had It Upholster But The Idiot F It Up. He Did Great On The Headliner The Seats. But When Is Came To The Doors And The Dashboard Total Disaster And Waste Of My Money. I Wanted Some Ideas On Best Way To Paint It. I Want The Fiberglass Look.

how much did he charge you for the seats and headliner??
did he refund you any money for doing such a ****ty job?
