center dash console video

I have the 2010 300 (not c) and the VES system on the front center dash does not show video, has all options to stop, play etc. but does not show video...will play the video audio but no picture...what can I do to get video displayed...thought it was supposed to play when vehicle was in park?...ideas?

the emergency brake has to be on i'm pretty sure. You need to ground a wire in order for it to play. Is this a stock system or aftermarket?

it was factory install, what and where would the grounding wire be located? I didnt try it with the emergency brake on, thought it was just supposed to be in park..on the spouse's min van it plays when just in park

Start with the parking brake and see if that works out for ya.
