Gear shift insert

Is the wood-grain looking insert for the gear shift something that can be purchased as a replacement for the chrome piece? I'm talking about this insert:

I have the chrome insert but like the wood insert much better!

Don't know the answer to that question...

but, what color are your door pulls and steering wheel? Might be interested in swapping mine with you.

EDIT - actually I have the tortoise, not wood.
