HID issues

Hey all,
I've got a 2010 300c with stock HIDs. I bought a new set of D1s 10000k bulbs but I've had 1bulb kinda go out. It turns on quickly then off and doesn't stay on. I exchanged the bulb for a new one and the new worked for a week then did the same. Is it an issue with "cheap" bulbs or a ballast issue? I've checked all the connections and they are all solid. I've swapped the bulb to the other headlight and it still doesn't work. My factory bulbs do work.

Probably the combination of a cheap bulb and too much voltage draw across the ballast.
