Daytime Running lights (DRL) Auto switch relay

Hi,
I'm in the progress to use my fog-lights as DRL, and I wonder if those Daytime Running lights (DRL) Auto switch relay (Daytime Running lights (DRL) Auto switch relay | eBay) are good or bad.
My fog-lights should come on when I turn ignition on/run and then when the auto-headligt turn on the low-beam the fog-lights will turns off. So I thought this Daytime Running lights (DRL) Auto switch relay would be the right part for this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

"This simple auto switch will connect to any aftermarket DRLs allowing them to turn off when you turn the headlights or sidelights on, which complys with EU regulations to make them legal. i.e. Use in the daytime only"

^^ Now I see why you are doing this. You guys have some crazy lighting laws over there!
