Leds in front foot wells

I want to run white Leda in the foot Wells but I want them to work with the rest of the interior lights is this possible

Will other dim and go on and off with the rest of the interior lights?

some led's can be dimmed, so just get the right ones

All of my interior LEDs are on a separate dimmer which is wired to the main dimmer circuit. I found it to be only way to match up the brightess of the OEM lighting with aftermarket LED's. My dimmer is a $5 volume control from Radio Shack mounted inside the center console under the armrest. Works like a charm.

I used flexible strips and tapped into the interior lights at the passenger A piller..
