Fog lighting issue can someone help!?

Hey guys hope someone can solve this, maybe its something I am not doing right?

OK

Stock FOGS work. BOTH of them every time. Last week I bought some cheap bulbs blue tint and wanted to try them. I replace the drivers side with a new bulb leaving the passenger side factory and I try the FOGS. Passenger side works, drivers doesnt. Just blank will not come on period.

I am like hmmmm so I put the factory bulb back on the drivers side and all good it works again. SO I assume the bulb I got was crap.

Now I assume there was a problem with the bulb, so I order the HID conversion from Ebay like other members did, and same thing happens I start again with drivers side only. After the install again the passenger works (stock bulb still), drivers doesnt - I started again with JUST THE DRIVERS to see what will happen (If they look good, and to compare the stock and new HID) DEAD drivers side, working passenger side. SO again, I tried the stock bulb back and all works fine once again LOL.

PLEASE TELL ME I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG? I have replaced bulbs in every car I have owned for 15 years. What the F?

I own a 300cSRT thank you in advance

Are you putting in H3 bulbs? Perhaps the combined wattage has fried the line to one of the fogs? Just a thought.

OK

I reversed the polarity and I got the passenger side to work... Drivers still not working.

When I turn the fogs on the drivers side flashes one time, and then nothing at all.
