problem with my HID's

i got a 300c and bought an HID kit. now for some reason the right bulb doesnt always turn on when i unlock my car doors and when i turn the lights on. On my kit i bought it says that if i have auto headlights that both might not always turn on and that i have to overright it 4 times. Am i missing something like i need to put a bigger fuse or anything. Any comments are most welcome. Thanks in advance

It might help to know what HIDs you have, as the answer may differ depending on which vendor, etc.

I've never bought anything from eBay and haven't read anything about that vendor that I can recall. Pictures of the lights, or wiring of your install may be helpful to someone else.

I would contact the vendor as he/she should either replace the unit or provide you with an easy fix.
