Everyone,

I've been in New York dealing with a family funeral and selling a house, please forgive me for the problems. Everyone here should have been taken care of and you all know I would have taken care of you. I relied on things to be taken care of by other employees and I'm sorry it did not happen. Forgive me.

For all who are having issues, email me directly to Aaron@Stealthauto.com. I will answer emails 24/7 and will make sure these issues are fixed to your liking. In fact, I just chewed out some of the people in the office because this inconvenienced you all and made me look bad at the same time.

Again, email me and I'll take care of you.

Sincerely,

Aaron

First off, I'm sorry for your loss. You certainly shouldn't apologize for having to deal with those types of issues. My valve stem caps showed up a little late, but you were RIGHT THERE to communicate with me as to why there was a delay. I plan on buying your SRT8 pedals next.....without any hesitation.

I spoke with Todd today, he said mine were shipped out yesterday and I should have them by tommorrow. I have no grudges towards them about the delay, **** happens in all businesses all the time. They just had more orders than they expected and it trickled down to thier manufacter. Its about supply and demand, unfortunately there was more demand than supply in this case. Yes, the lack of communication is a no-no, but Aaron had things to take care of. I do feel Todd should've communicated with his customers more since it is his business, right?

I have ordered three sets of bulbs and one clear sidemarker kit. The only issue I had was that when they sent out the sidemarker kit they sent me the standard kit without the stealth bulbs. Called them and the new bulbs were sent same day. Top notch business IMO.

Every company should be run like Stealth. They are pros. Never had a problem that they did not address to my satisfaction.

-"some sets were shipped out today"
-"I can't check if your order was part of this group due to issues with the order system"
- "if you call back tomorrow, my shipping guy can check the manual ship list created for the group shipped"
-"we are expecting 20 more kits (capacitors?) on Friday"

What does it mean? I'm not sure, but given that they advertise on other forums, is 20 sets enough to fill all outstanding orders?

Communication is the lifeblood of any business relationship, and it seems StealthAuto is hemorrhaging badly. I would expect more from a forum sponsor.
I'm still waiting.

Called Todd again on Thursaday 9/20, about 2pm, he stated that one of his guys had to go out of town, and he needed some time to get my paperwork, suggested I call back.

Been calling back every hour since then, and get the machine. No callbacks to my message.

Let's see if my e-mail request to Aaron yields any results.

Is Aaron the owner, or is Todd the owner? Also, has anyone actually received anything from them over the last 3 weeks or so?

Despite Aarons' quote;

"For all who are having issues, email me directly to Aaron@Stealthauto.com. I will answer emails 24/7 and will make sure these issues are fixed to your liking. In fact, I just chewed out some of the people in the office because this inconvenienced you all and made me look bad at the same time."

I've had no response to my e-mail request for some help in getting some sort of update on my order.

I did notice that he was online over on the LX forum about 90 minutes ago, and left a message there to come up with some information.

Also noticed a post from a buyer who actually received his set sometime this week, so maybe there is still hope.

I just received an e-mail reply from Aaron:

Thanks for the email! I received FedEx tracking info from our warehouse Friday which shows the capacitors are due to arrive Monday. Once in your order will ship right away. Please forgive me for the delay and lack of communication, this sort of thing will not happen again.
Sincerely, Aaron

Feel better that he responded, and will give them a chance to sort it out.
