Sorry to hear that you got some bulbs that didn't light from the get go.

I am confident that they will take care of you. However, I am distressed by the recent apparently lack of responses from Aaron, or whomever else has been assigned to watch and "take care" of forum inquiries, etc.

I know they will replace non-working bulbs because they have done that for both turns and side markers for me. It comes with the Lifetime guarantee.

May your holiday be safe and glorious! But... I'll bet you will miss your CRD!

I am in the same boat. Ordered Two sets of hids about three weeks ago. They managed to charge my credit card twice and just now(sep19th) refunded my money after i brought this to their attention on sep 10th and they told me it would be done asap. After half a dozen calls they finally did. I spoke with them last on monday the 17th and was told the capacitors should be in within the hour... Right!!
Is it so hard for them to post some info on this forum or send out a cc e-mail to everyone thats waiting???
I used to read good reviews about this company from members, hence the reason i placed a order through them... what happened?
Anyway i am trying to be patient but its frustrating....

Plus I had better hide the garrage keys and the car keys cos my mum and dad are house / dog sitting while were away and i know my dad would kill to get behind the wheel of the 300c,

Fwiw

Their website has undergone a complete redesign, maybe a change of ownership has taken place?

I have no idea but it has raised a few red flags with me.

I too have a set of slim HID's on order, and my card was charged on 08/31.

My last communication with them was last night at 8:00 pm (eastern time), spoke with Todd, and he stated the following:

-"some sets were shipped out today"
-"I can't check if your order was part of this group due to issues with the order system"
- "if you call back tomorrow, my shipping guy can check the manual ship list created for the group shipped"
-"we are expecting 20 more kits (capacitors?) on Friday"

What does it mean? I'm not sure, but given that they advertise on other forums, is 20 sets enough to fill all outstanding orders?

Communication is the lifeblood of any business relationship, and it seems StealthAuto is hemorrhaging badly. I would expect more from a forum sponsor.

AFAIK Todd is the owner of Stealth Auto, so he should be speaking straight up.
