SRT Design Light swap

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I got here. Just got the car 2 weeks ago and I do a ton of driving in it. Mostly at night and before sunlight.

I do and or want to switch the headlights and fog lights out for something thats 'BLUE'.

Now the tricky part ... What the hell is already in this car? I have no clue as far as any HID.

Because I'm new here and the whole 300C machine and its workings I'm just confused. I tried reading post after post after post and I'm still unclear. Hell, I read so much my eyes crossed and got stuck. I'm open for suggestions of any type at this point.

I do have some things I would like to keep in mind.

1) I don't want to be a target for the local law.
2) I still need to maintain the clean style without going into ricer land.
3) Fog lights and headlights must match as close as possible.

Am I asking for to much? Feel free to let me know.

Thanks in advance folks.

Check out post #2 by Rambit in this thread that shows what's included in the SRT Design Package. As for headlights, you will need to check the list that came on your car to see if you have the package that would contain the HID (blue type lights). Do you have any pictures?

A Little Help?

I can safely say they aren't blue.

Turn the lights on, point them towards the garage door and snap a couple of pics without using flash.

If you do have halogen lighting, you can do a swap to HID by purchasing a HID Conversions Kit from one of our supporting vendors such as Xenon Depot. There is even an installation thread for DIY.

I have seen those on this site. Thing is there is SO MANY I dont want to screw up and get something I wont be happy with. I'm picky about this machine and all 4 lamps need to match (fog / low beam).

if you want them all to match, just need to make sure that you get the same temp (color) for all four bulbs and you'll be set. i'd suggest 5000k

Use special coupon code HIDINTRO to receive $25 off our kit! Free anit-flicker capacitors included for your 300.

Follow GoofyTIm's excellent post to install.......pretty straight forward.
here the link to his install post. click here.

I suggest 5000k or 6000k. You will have no problems with the law. We do also offer 4300k which is what is what stock HID come with so if you want to be totally safe order those.

Congratulations on the new ride!
