Problem Solved

I decided to stay away from the capacitors from Radio Shack and purchase instead Anti-Flicker Capacitors from StealthAuto. They are a lot neater and my zentec hid's work now. Consult with them on install tho because their still is a certain way for them to be installed. Thanks stealth auto

Plug and play.

I bought a stealthauto hid kit and it came with the capacitor, but it still flickers, not only the headlights but the dash lights also...even made my check engine light come on. Im not sure why. I wish i could figure out the problem.
