Aftermarket HID flickering. How do you fix it???

I just bought this HID kit for my 07' base 300. It works nice when the car is off. As soon as I turn on the engine they both start flashing like strobe lights. Does anyone know how to fix this and have pics? I've seen so many incomplete posts on here with missing pictures. Can anyone give a clear solution to this problem? Thanks

Thats exaclty what I didn't want, another link with no pictures. The info is great but it doesn't help without the pictures. Radio Shack has numerous parts, so unless you have a pic of what it is or an exact model number people like me will still be lost. Does anyone have PICS? PIX PIX PIX please.....

Nice try to add pics. Unfortunately like many other posts here, they don't work or show. Is it just this forum that doesn't allow us to put up pictures. Can someone just send me a picture. What does the relay or capacitor look like that is purchased from Radio Shack and where do you install it?

I have a XENTEC 6000k kit. All it consist of is the ballast the bulbs. It works perfect when the car is off. As soon as the engine turns on it takes about 5 seconds for the lights to bog and flicker.

This is what you are going to need two relays, two 50ohm 10 watt resistors.
Put the resisor across the factory wires. Then connect terminals 85 and 86 on the relay to the two wires that you connected the resistor to. Then connect terminal 30 on the relay to a constant 12 volt positive. Connect terminal 87 on the relay to the positive input in your hid kit. Then ground the hid kit. Do this for both sides. Then you should no more flickering.
Here is what the resistors and the relays look like.
