AS YOU MAY KNOW IVE BEEN ON A RESEARCHING RAMPAGE FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS, IVE BEEN TRING TO FIND THE EASIEST SOLUTION FOR OUR 300'S HID FLICKERING. WELL HERE IT IS I FOUND IT IN SOME BMW FORUM. NO RELAYS, NO RESISTORS, NO EXTENSIVE WIRING. ALL YOU NEED IS A PAIR OF CAPASITORS FROM RADIO SHACK. 470UF 35V Electrolytic Capacitor - E46Fanatics
I did this to mine a while back and it works perfectly, Been about 6 months now with no problems. here is a pic of what i did... slight variation though..
I was gonna give this a shot one last time before i took it off and dumped the hid's. IT WORKS!!!
First i am assuming you are installing it with Relays... You need to use relays! so wire the relays like you would then do this
I went to radio shack and purchased 2 2200uf Capacitors and 6amp rectifier diodes. after installing this IT WORKS!! no more flickers no more just driving in the day time IT WORKS! the side with the diode went to 85 and the other side to 86.

just an update, ive had absolutly no problems thus far. I am not using any relays or anything else just 2 capacitors from radio shack. total fix time was about 15 mins.
nice! I may just get rid of the diode attached and run it with just the capacitor.
bbmakmak. im no electrician, and i can tell you it was an easy thing to do. I just was told it better to run a relay and use the battery BUT apparently some people say you dont need to.. If you dont know how to do the relay which is essence is basically a trigger to run off of the battery instead of the weak small car wire harness... just on the safer side. But again u apparently dont have to.
