How To Replace Interior Stock Bulbs To LED Bulbs?

Does anybody know how or have a website with intructions (pictures would be great)!

I already bought the Dome/Map Ligh bulbs but i cant figure out how to take the clear plastic off without pressing too hard and breaking it.

Somebody please help!
