Smile How To Replace Fog Light Bulbs?

I just bough a set of APC(American Products Company) apc battery about american power at 4APC.net Series 7 Fog Lights. The ones with the color ring that can be changed to a different color by the push of a button. Now it says that the type of bulb it needs is a "High Power Halogen 12V 55W H3 Driving Lights" but i had heard around the forum and from a friend of mine that the "9005" series bulb would fit also. I want to know if that's possible? That way i can save some money and just put in the "9005" i already have inside the fog light.

no you would'nt be able to use these bulbs b/c the lights you bought is different than the fogs thats on your car. there aftermarket. they do not use the same type of bulbs that come on your car. i bought a set similar to the ones you have(the pilot ones) it didnt fit the car, you have to drill the bumper support to get them to fit. there the same size lights but they do not fit the factory location. im not sure if the apc is a direct factory replacement but if it's not you'll either have to cut your harness and wire it or run new wires that came w/ the fogs to hook them up. i just returned the ones i bought. i just stayed w/ the factory ones.
