How to adjust touring headlights?

I need to adjust my touring headlights beause im being flashed due to my HID's. I'm not sure why i never got flashed on my old HID kit, but the new one i get flashed every night. Anyone know how to adjust them?

Also, on a level ground, how high should they be(inches?) and how far away from a wall should i be to set them right?

thanks for the help.

on the slam panel just behind the headlights is a small hole, you need a 7mm socket, small extension and a ratchet(or similar)peek down the hole and you will see the 7mm headed adjusting bolt head.As far as height etc if you have another car handy put the lights on this car and mark where the level is against a wall, put your car in the exact same position and adjust away.
I have set mine correctly(I own a service shop in the UK)and I still get flashed at,I just flash back and that seems to stop them(and the cars following),them HID suckers are bright to look at,stop worrying and just enjoy your drive
