The issue I've heard is that the led's don't really turn off on the interior. They are still lit. So, while you don't notice them during the day..you will at night. Do you find this to be true? Are they still lit and is it distractive while driving at night?

What? How could they not turn off if there isn't any current going through them? Unless your regular bulbs glow all the time, there's no reason I can think of that LEDs would.

There is some truth to this, however it's very temporary. I did notice that some of the LED's on the SMT array for the dome did remain lit after the rest of the lights go off. It's about 3-5 LED's which stay 'dimly' lit for no longer than 2-3 mins and doesn't always happen. Why? I don't know. It does not pose any problems at all. I don't even notice it anymore. The other festoon LED's don't do this. I'll keep you posted and see if its still ongoing.

Sounds too cheap for LED's. Quality is more than likely not as good. You probably get festoon bulbs for the overhead and wedge led's for the license plate. What site did you find this at? Let everyone else be the judge. I'm happy with mine. Go for it and pay $50, then you'd probably just end up getting different ones soon after and spending even more $$$........

Flickering was also a big issue, however pretty easy to fix. I found that some may flicker due to bad contact once they are plugged in. You have too adjust the copper wires located on the plastic bulb housing so they make a good constant contact at all times. Hope this helped.
