well 4300k is what is on the 300c and srt8's with the projectors headlights. (closest color to white)

Most people run a 6000k because it no longer has the yellow tinge in it. I think i will buy a 5k kit to be in between...

there is no real standard on the polarity of the 9006 socket. sometimes they will be wired correctly, sometimes they will not. usually you have to install the pins into the connectors, the reseller is probably doing this for you and didnt get it right.

they are all built by a small handful of companies with different boxes you are correct. there are however several layers of quality available from each manufacture.

ones sold as canbus compatible or digital ballast should not flicker on your cars, otherwise old technology ballast will require a cancel box so flicker does not occur.

i sell hid kits, typically locally. cant mess with those ebay prices. however ebay customer service is next to non existant if you have an issue.

Good info, but I actually had a burnt bulb and they just shipped me a new one, I didn't even have to return the bulb. Not that this is typical, but if you deal with people nicely, sometimes it all works out!!!Either way, they do not flicker and were the right price!!
