plastic film container? wtf is that.. lol . all it needs is a fuse or three and a relay. some have 3 fuses to protect each ballast and the relay some just have one main fuse.

its better to have three fuses so you dont lose all primary lighting if on ballast fails.. but eh. they all work.

OH MAN THEY WORK FOR REALLLLLLLLS I followed JRODS pictures with the 4700 capacitors... worked like a charm. Didnt have to get any harnesses off of ebay ( sorry nyc srt8) I actually blew one up because I forgot that I was reversing the polarity of the stuff connecting to the ballast! when I wired the capacitor opposite of jrods pictures THEY WORKED LIKE SUPER COOLNESS WORKS EVERYTIME.

thats all the harnesses off ebay are. capacitor encapsulated in a little box with some nifty wire ends....

be careful about exploding caps. the 4700 are small, but the bigger the cap the bigger the bang! always check polarity first!!!

hahahah yeah I saw one blow because I was switching the polarities so my negative was red and my positive was black, the capacitors blew and I could see some crazy stuff flying out for like 5 seconds and I was just sitting there saying WOAHHHHH!
