HId and Halo
Does anybody know if there is a headlamp unit that supports both HID and Halo/Angel Rings?

Absolutely! I'd contact Justin over at Advanced Automotive Concepts as they fit a lot of angel eyes. Regarding HID's, they will fit in any headlights.

hi I was wondering about the HID kits, don't you need to get high beam HID kits too? or do people not usually do that? Thank you.

as stated above, AAC uses your stock headlamps, they open them and install the halos in there
