Got a few questions about HID's

I just order an hid kit from ( hidgate) How are they? Instruction included? Since I have a 300 touring with no Auto-lamps do i still require the capacitors? Are they easy to install ( how long does it take in Hours?) Thanks for anyone who can answer some of these.
