Changing bulbs help...ASAP

I have a 2008 300c with the factory HIDs. i just purchased different bulbs and i get to the bulbs and i twist and pull and they dont come out. Their stuck in that silver box thing. How do i take them out without breakin them so i can use them in the future.

your welcome. Usually, when someone joins the site they first say hi...minus that asap on your first post and then it's something as simple as removing a bulb.......... anyway, you might have to wiggle the bulb a bit more or take your airbox out which is easy to allow more access to the bulb, honestly never heard someone ask for help removing a bulb, that's all.Its really pretty obvious.....

I don't believe the bulb can be separated from the ballast.

Since it can not be separated I have doubts that you purchased a D1S bulb. Perhaps you purchased a D2s or D2R bulb?
