Talking My first mod. 8000k HIDs (PICTURES)

Purchased them from HIDGATE on ebay. $139.98 shipped total for both. ($69.99 each)

Pics were taken with my crappy camera and although I tried messing with the settings, they all look about the same. More pictures to come within the week.

I also made a picture tutorial on how to install HIDs. I know most of you already know how to do it, but for the few who may not, I will have it up sometime this week.

I got my grill today!!! I'm installing it first thing in the morning.

did you have to angle the lights down at all? I did with mine, they kept blinding people.

I think i'm in love!

You go girl....great pics!

I think some white led (HID looking) license lights and clear/smoked side markers with leds would really compliment those sweet hids!

I believe that switching the positive and negative wires is for matching them to the stock harness. That will not have anything to do with the flickering. If you don't reverse the polarity you will be connecting the negative to positive, which leads to the lights not working at all.

Hey, thanks guys!

To be honest, I'm a little nervous on going about installing the grill.
I'm printing out a picture tutorial that i found and using it, but I've never done this before, so we'll see how many hours it takes me! haha.

Oh, and ks503, I did not angle them down. Only two people have flashed their brights at me, so I assume they must not be TOO annoying...Oh well...lol
