Difference between these bulbs

Hey guys, does anyone know the difference between the 3057, 3157 and the 3757 bulbs? Difference in wattage? light output?

this brings me to my next question . Is there any way to use a 3157 or 3057 bulb in a 3757 socket?

Yep. I did that to get my Silverstar blue-coated yellow bulbs from my old Intrigue to fit in the 300

the 3757 has a plastic tab on each side of the socket, offset. The 3057/3157 has the plastic tab on each side, centered. I simply used a dremel to shave off the part of the tab that was sticking out too far (keep as much of the tab as you can, use your 3757 as a guide)

I have a pic of it, but my web server is down at the moment - will post it a bit later

Here's the pic I took (these are the old LEDs I tried before realizing that the fast-blinker fix is quite involved, and changed them to Silverstar blue-yellow bulbs)

Left: what you have Right: what you need to do

Hope this helps

indeed it does and its the exact same bulbs i plan on getting (the blue/yellow silverstars) . Thanks for your help.

and oh, if the 3057 and 3157 have the same sockets then is there a difference in output? which should i go for to replace my 3757's?

From all the information I have, they are exactly the same. My LEDs were 3057, and my Silverstars are 3157's.

If you live in Canada, I have like 3 extra pairs of the Silverstars I don't really need - I'd be happy to see them to a good home if you'll pay shipping (you can't buy these in Canada)

and in case you wanted to see the look of the blue/yellow Silverstars installed, here you go:
