headlight bulb questions

hey guys i am confused with what headlight bulbs i should be looking for. i have a 5.7 C with no HID's. i look around at different headlight bulbs and they list them as regular or with composite H/L. i honestly dont know the difference between the 2. i am more a performance guy and not a styling guy. that is changing slowly so i would like to get some nice blue/white lights for my ride. can you guys give me some information?

Not 100% sure, but I think H/L stands for high/low. Go with the regular.

luminicsusa.com makes good bulbs. I have the Ultra White for both fogs and headlights. Headlights i definetly lost some light compared to stock but the fogs are much brighter than stock. And the bulbs give a blueish, white look. I really like the look of these.
