Talking V6 Lighting Swap: Input appreciated!

I wanna start off by saying I appreciate all the valuable info I’ve received from you guys. You’ve saved me countless hours of research and for that I give you a muchas gracias!
I have a mini-project coming up and I wanted to ask for any advice you gentlemen could lend…and maybe anything I should watch out for. I’m installing foglights w/hid kit and halo headlights w/ hid kit.
I have these fog lights but haven’t installed them yet. (I have a 2006 300 [v6]). They’re mopar.

I also ordered this HID Kit for the fogs: (8k h10)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/880-881-H1-H3-H7-H8-H9-H10-H11-9005-9006-Xenon-HID-Kit_W0QQitemZ320218655375QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item3 20218655375#ebayphotohosting
And these

with this HID kit (8k) with the anti-flicker capacitor

So I’m a little worried about my fogs…will there be a flickering issue? Do I need an extra capacitor?

I figured I'd install them all at once...so any input or potential pitfalls you guys could forsee would be greatly appreciated!!!

projector housing would have been a better bet for HID

the stock 300 base/touring headlight housing doesnt do a good job of harnessing the power of the HID bulbs, there is so much glare from them.

the fogs usually dont need a cap that ive ever seen and ive never seen any flickering...
