300 base LED brake/turn bulb and resistor?

Has anyone successfully installed an LED brake/blinker bulb in a non-c, with a resistor to prevent the fast flash? If so - would you please share which resistor you used?

Also, I plan on installing one of the following - does anyone know which of these would be brightest? (light will be shining through a Jon's Color-matched Vanilla taillamp):

a) 57-LED white stack (the don't make the red 3057's)
(already have these as backup lights: eBay Motors: 2 x 3157 Super White 57-Led Light Bulbs Turn Backup 12v (item 190199487069 end time Feb-23-08 19:30:00 PST) )
b) 30-LED red high-powered SMT
(3rd one on 3157 Tail Light Brake Light Turn Signal LED Bulbs )
c) 11-LED red Super-Power Wide Angle High Flux
(2nd one on 3157 Tail Light Brake Light Turn Signal LED Bulbs )

Any input from anyone in the know would be greatly appreciated

Response to LED question

I installed LED brake, turn (f & r), tail lights on my 300 Touring in September of 2006 about a week after I took delivery of the car. I got them from Superlumination (website: www.autolumination.com). Used 3 ohm resistor supplied by them. One resistor on each corner of the car. You will need 6 ohm resistors if you are only doing the rear. I used red LED's for the rear (through the stock red tail light housings). The red LED's are brighter than the clear (white) LED's. The website has a very good description of how the LED bulbs work and what resistors you will need to prevent fast flash.

My entire car has LEDs fom autolumination and I couldn't be happier. I had one issue though. I used the T25 towers on my front lights and since they are both parking and turn signal somehow it screwd with my car and made all the light blink when the parking lights were off. I contacted the guys at autolumination and they sent me a set of the 30A towers. These work great and I couln't be happier. The reason I mention it for you is thats how your rear light are is turn/parking and brake in one light so you could have that same issue. As far as the load equalizer, I have 4 of the 6 ohm ones, one on each light and they work great.

Did anyone use the new FLASHER relays that Superlumination (website: www.autolumination.com) has? I have a 57-led tower for my yellow tail light and it blinks way to fast.. I asked Superlumination which FLASHER I should get for a 2007 300C and they told me to match up the plugs and buy that one. I'm wondering if anyone has bought a FLASHER and if it works OK and if so which one.

The 300 doesn't use relays - everything is controlled by the silver control box at the front (I blanked on the name of it), so you will have to use resistors as suggested above. I've ordered the 30-LED SMT Tower for my rears, and a 3 OHM resistor for each bulb.

Good luck!
